About:Chinese Embassy in Rwanda

Please tell me about the possibility receipt visa at the embassy in Kigali.

Dear Sir,
I am a Russian citizen. At the moment I am on a tourist type in Goma, DR Congo. I want to apply one to visit China, and fly from Kigali to Shanghai.

Sergey, it's really hard to tell. As usual, the applicants in the third countries are required to provide their long-term resident permit for employment, study or other purpose. Since you have short-term tourist type, I am afraid that you might be refused. Anyway, please visit Chinese embassy and give it a try though your chance is very little.
