Can we rent a bicycle as a visitor without using transportation smart card?Maybe renting bicycle with cash deposit?

Well, the public bicycle rental service needs to use the transportation card. But if you don't want to apply for it, you can go to some personal bike rental sites. In there, you can just use money and deposit to rental a bike.
