i am going China via Cathay Air line and stop over 20 hour in Hong Kong. how can i get the visa?

You need to post your application to HK Immigration Department directly. The who processing time is around 4 to 6 weeks. The postal address is:

Hong Kong Immigration Department
Receipt and Dispatch Unit, 2/F,
Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road,
Wan Chai, HK.
