Really cheap guide plus car??

Hi! im in Xian and planning on visiting a couple of attractions tommorow like the terracotta army and the stuff around it. On the street some people just said that they could bring us to all these attractions and pick us up from the hotel and also return us there, all that for 80 RMB! I find it a lot suspicious, so I wanted to ask if something like this exists???? Thanks a lot
