About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

From Airport to Holiday Inn Express Hong Kong Soho

How could I use the special service of HK airport express, what kind of proof do I need, and would my Airline ticket be sufficient?

No, showing the airline ticket is not enough. Only airport express passengers can enjoy this free service. So upon landing, you need to take airport express to get to HK Station first.
After that, you can use the service for free.
