The Victoria bay is close to Avenue of Star, and the avenue s the best place to enjoy the harbor view of the bay. From Chiwo Street, you can walk to Shanghai Street near Ning Po Street to take the bus No. 3 to Ashley Road, Outside Hankow Center. Then you can reach the avenue of star within few mins walking.

Walk to Labour Tribunal, Gascoigne Road to take the bus No. 104 to The Landmark, Des Voeux Road Central. Then walk a few mins to Lan Kwai Fong.

Still take the bus No. 104 from Labour Tribunal, Gascoigne Road to Bank of China Tower. Then walk to the peak tram station, where you can take the tram to the peak.

Take the bus No. 104 from Labour Tribunal, Gascoigne Road to Elizabeth House, Gloucester Road. Then you can reach the causeway bay in few mins walking.

From Chi Wo Street, there is no direct transport mode, you need to transfer once. Take the bus No. 104 to Chiu Kwoing Street, Queen’s Road West. Then walk to Li Sing Primary School, Pok Fu Lam Road to take the bus No. 973 to Repulse Bay Beach.

That is a LOT of walking! Wear good walking shoes and bring water. Unless you are a big fan of HK movie stars, I'd skip that walk.
