About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

HK visa type VS, single entry, 60 days stay has been issued. Will it permit travel to Macao or not?

If you have an Indian passport, you can travel to Macau freely for a stay less than 30 days. However, once you leave Hong Kong, your VA type will expire. When you reenter, you can only stay for 14 days without the entry permit.
