Which documents are needed to apply for a  Foreign Employment Permit and how long does it take to get the documents.I own a registered company in China, currently on a student visa, I want to know the process of getting those documents and other subsequent ones as well so I can apply for the Z type. I have till the end of this month to the expiration of my current entry permit.

To apply for the foreign employment permit, you need the following documents:1. An application for the employment2. An employment offer3. A copy of your company's business license4. A photocopy of your passport5. A resume of yours6. A academic degree certificateIt takes seven working days to get the foreign employment permit.After your get the employment permit, you should go to the local labor bureau and apply for a work certificate. Then you should go to the exit and entry administration bureau to renew your residence permit.
