About:China Postal Service

Is there any way to get in contact with China post in English?

My parcel has been held in Xi'an since March. I was sending it home to the UK, and would really like to get it all back safely!

Rosie, the service line is almost useless. If you are still in Xian, I think you might go to the post office directly and ask what happened. By the way, did you send your parcel by air or by sea?
