About:China Visa on Arrival

If i apply voa in hainan, can i enter other city like shenzhen? How much is hainan visa cost?

Hi, Flora! With the Hainan VOA, you are only allowed to stay in Haina, so you can't go to other cities. The VOA costs CNY 168.
