The hotels are open in Dec. You can stay there for five days. The Heyi Hotel, Jianguo Hotel and Hongfu Hotel are all good choices. Top three things in my opinion: the International Grand Bazaar, Tianshan Mountains & Heavenly Lake and Red Hills. They are great for entertainment as well as photograph. It is also highly recommended to go skiing on Tianshan Mountain.
