Mohammed, to apply for the toursit L type, you need to provide your passport, a photocopy of your passport's data page, a filled-out application form affixed with your recent full-faced picture, round-trip tickets and hotel booking records. Generally speaking, the financial standing document is not required. Only if the consular officer asks for it, you need to submit it. So it's OK if you don't have money in your bank acount.1
