20 pieces of women shoes

Hi ! Im planning to go in China , Can I buy 20pieces of women shoes and Take it back home in the philippines ? please answer

Yes, but it is best to leave the packages or bags. Put them with your check-in luggage. If you want them to be new with all packages, you may have to declare them, but no tax shall be charged.
