There are several bus stops around the hotel. Ask help from the staff there and you'll find them easily.
1. From your hotel to Tiger Hill, you can take bus no. 81, get off at Guanjing New Village Station. Then walk north around 0.8 miles.
Or you can take subway line 2 at East Pinglong Road Station, get off at Shilu Road, Exit 9. Then transfer to bus no. 949 to get to Tiger Hill Road Station. After arriving, walk north around 175 yards to arrive at the destination.

2. From the hotel to the garden, take bus no. 925, get off at Qimen Station. Then walk southeast around 710 yards.

3. Yes, you can easily find a bus. Take no. 81 to get to South Square of Railway Station. Then walk north to take high speed train and arrive at Hangzhou.

If you take the bus No. 81 to Guanjing New Village, it may takes 30 – 35 mins. And then you need walk about 10 – 15 mins to the scenic area.

If you take the subway+bus No. 949, it may take about 30 mins in total, including the subway and bus transfer time.

Actually, the taxi is the best choice for you. It is about 2.5 miles between these two places. Taxi ride may takes about 10 mins, and the fare is about CNY13-15. In fact, both two previous transportation modes detour the road, and it will waste a lot of time. Taxi is suggested.
If taking the bus No. 81, it may pass 9 stops to Guanjing New Village, not 22 stops. BTW, your hotel is not between the railway station and the north bus station.
