Do you mean start from Shenyang airport? If yes, the cab fare is CNY 150 to 170 in the day time. And it takes around an hour on the way.
Or you can take direct long-distance bus at the airport. The bus schedules are from 08:00 to 01:30 (next day) with the interval of an hour. The duration is about 90 mins. And it costs CNY 33.5 per person.
You can choose the way you like.1
