You can take Tung Chung Line at Olympic Station, get off at Lai King Station. Then take Tsuen Wan Line to Sham Shui Po Station. Then take bus no. 171 at Pei Ho Street, Cheung Sha Wan Road, get to Aberdeen Tunnel Toll Plaza. After arriving, walk southwest around 300 yards.  It takes around 75 mins on the way. And the ticket fare is 15.5 HKD per person.
