About:Year of the Monkey

Will I have a career change next year, 2016? 06/06/1992 Female.

I have a job with low salary this year. Or would I have to continue going to school for masters/PHD for 10 more years? I am very indecisive as to what to do. I don't want to waste time going to school if I know I'll have a better career where I could move up in the company.

Thanks!

Kate, you know your problem clearly. If you can't become a decisive person, you won't be successful in your career even you are lucky to change a job next year. So you should make efforts to make it right. Try to make your own decision and then make efforts to make it happen. Do not think too much before you take action. Lastly, your career fortune in next year is not bad. If you seek for another job, you can do it.

If your time is "wasted" in school, try self-studying during your free time.(Nod your head)
Don't push yourself too much... the Least Effort Required is effective too, as long as you have your goals in mind(and written down).
There's that book called Personal MBA by Josh Kaufman, could give you a start about self-study.
The 4-Hour Workweek by Tim Ferris for your time management(and other things) can also be useful.
