About:China Southern Airlines

Can my ticket be refunded?

I've purchased a ticket to Chengdu from Melbourne on 04/09 with cz 344 at the price of AUD810. 1) can I change to other day flying without extra charge? 2) can my ticket be refunded if not flying anymore?

It all depends on the airline and your agent's policy. You need to contact the airline or the place you book it for details.
