Invitation letter for a partner visa

I am an australian citizen and the company i work for wants to invite my partner who lives in Africa to visit me. Which form or words to be used in the letter./ what should be said in this letter?

Emma, the invitation letter should include the following items:
1. invitee's name, sex and date of birth.
2. itinerary information for the invitee: when to arrive, when to leave and where to visit.
3. inviter's name, tel, address, legal person's signature and company's stamp.
