About:Longji Rice Terraces

Visit Guilin, Yongshou and Longji rice terraces from 17th Oct 2015 to 21th Oct 2015

Is it a good time to visit?

As it will be harvest season, will it be a case that the rice fields are already harvested by 17th Oct and there will be only small stalks of rice stems to be seen?

You can go there a bit earlier, for as I know their harvest time is usually after the Golden Week Holiday, that is to say in the early October. Well, you also should avoid go there during the week, for it is super crowded. Just go there at the end of Sep., which is the best time to enjoy the golden sea view.
