About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Transiting in Guangzhou Airport for about 1.5 hour...Can I wander off to duty free shops?

Trying to figure out if I should buy a cell phone here in California for my fiance in Nepal, or can I I pick one up in the airport duty free shops during the 1.5 hour wait for flight to KTM? Does anyone know if I can do that? Are the duty free shops in the terminals where I may have to remain during the wait? THank you so much for your response and guide?

Your transit time is about 1.5 hours, I’m afraid it happens to be enough for you to finish the transfer procedures. There are electronic shops located at 3/F, East Connecting Concourse Aisle E2-E3, 3/F, West Connecting Concourse Aisle W2-W3 and 1/F, Main Terminal North of Atrium. If they are quite near your remain places, buy phones in a hurry.
