hi i will marry my fiancee next june in china. can i get a Q1 after the wedding without leaving?

Paul, you can just get a tourist L type to attend your wedding. After you get married, you can possibly change your L type into a Q1 type at the local exit and entry administration bureau. But I'm not sure whether you can do it successfully. In case that you fail, you need to leave and apply for the Q1 outside China.
