By subway, you need to transfer a lot. Anyway, here is the way: take l;ine 3 to Yantang Station and transfer to line 6 to Ouzhuang. There transfer to line 5 to Taojin Station. Leave exit A and your hotel is 3-5min walking distance away.

There is a better option: you are suggested to take airport shuttle bus line 2A to get to Garden Hotel first. Then walk north around 570 yards to find the hotel.
