I want to go to Disneyland Resort and do the the Hong Kong island food thing.

Where should we stay?

You are suggested to stay near Central, which has an easy access to the Disneyland and the dining nearby is great. Besides, you can also head for Causeway Bay and Tsim Sha Tsui to experience good food.
