How to enter the name fields

My name in the passport is reflected as William Fong Sow Guan and Fong is my surname. Please advise as to how I should enter the fields SURNAME and FIRST NAME in the form for purchasing train tickets.

You need to do it in the same order as shows on the passport. If it shows the order you mentioned, you can input William or William Fong as surname and other as first name.
