can I take public transportation from pudong airport to Marriott putong east at 15 Xinjinqiao road?

There is no direct transport mode. You are suggested to take the Subway+taxi mode.
Take the subway line 2 from the airport to Guanglan Road. Then take a taxi to the hotel at a cost of CNY25 – 30 around.1
