I can pay for extra bag. Because firstly I will fly to Lanzhou to Beijing.    then I take international flight.

According to the regulations, passengers with first class tickets are allowed to take two bagagges onboard. For the business class and economy class ticket holders, they can only take one piece of luggage onto the flight. If you are really pressed for time and prefer not check in luggage, consult the domestic airline if it is ok.
