Hello,

I would like to go to Shenzhen from HK for 1 day and I hold a French passport.
Does the restriction on VOA for French and US still apply?
Wiki does not mention it

Sorry, it still applies. If you want to go to Shenzhen, you should apply for an entry permit in advance.

If you can apply from HK, it will take four working days to do it, but I cannot say you will definitely get it from HK.
