About:China Civil Aviation - Regulations & Security Check

Am I allowed to hand carry or consigned luggage 38pcs of 2600mAh of power bank in china airport?

I bought power bank here in china, 38 pcs with 2600mAh to bring to my families and friends since it's cheap but my boss warned me that their is a policy about the battery that need to hand carry.

Please help. Thank you so much

Aven, you can not take so many pieces of power banks out of China. Each passenger is allowed to take two power banks and its total capacity should be less than 100wh.

How sad.. I already bought power bank.. But sir, what if i compute the total WH, but not exceeding 100 wh,?? Is that possible?
