what is the best way to get the railway station then onto the terracotta warriors

A am staying at the xian gouhua apartment hotel on youyi rd west

Oh, you must refer to Guohua Apartment Hotel, right?
From the hotel to the railway station, you can take bus no.40 at Huangyan Village Station, get off at the destination directly.
Or you can take a taxi. The cab fare is about CNY 20. Then, walk to the east square of the railway station to take bus Tourism 5 (306) to the scenic site. Please note that there are many private buses prentending to be 306, just ignore them in case of being cheated. For official 306, there is usually a queue waiting for the departure.
