About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Am I allowed to obtain two 72-hour free-visas for this?

I am flying:
Tokyo-Shanghai-Hong Kong with 24 hours in Shanghai than four days later I will fly:
Hong Kong-Shanghai-Amsterdam with another 24 hours in Shanghai
