Money luck for 1977 snake in 2015?

Hi I am female from Malaysia. Born in Oct 02 1977. I have been cheated on for years in money issues. But still I did not take any action. I have struggled for so long and yet still can't see any change. Will I get any luck or improvement in my money or business in this near future? What is the best action I should do to improve my money luck or business opportunity?
