shanghai to linyi by taxi with driver

Arriving from india new delhi on 1st august around 9 pm at airport & have to travel onwards to linyi. Can i hire a taxi with driver at that hour for linyi & how much are the charges. Also let me know the other travel options to linyi at that hour.

Do you refer to Linyi in Shandong Province?
If yes, it's difficult for you to find a taxi at that time because of the long-distance. And there is no direct coach that can take you to the destination. And as you arrive in night time, it's suggested to stay one night in SH, then head for Linyi the next morning.

Upon landing, you can take maglev train to get to Longyang Road Station. Then take subway line 2 to Century Avenue Station and take line 4 to Main Railway Station, Exit 4. After that, walk northwest around 900 yards to get to General Bus Station.
You can find a hotel nearby and then start off in the next early morning.

Several long-distance buses at this bus station operate to Linyi every day. The schedules respectively are 06:30, 08:40, 09:20, 10:00, 11:10, 13:30, 15:20, 17:20, 18:30, 19:50, 20:30 and 20:50. Duration is about 8-9 hours.
