Pet travel on connecting flights in quarantine zones

If I travel with my pets from America, land in shanghai but only to connect flights to Guangzhou(non-quarantine zone) would I need to worry about pet quarantine since Im just passing through

Oh, you needn't to worry about this problem.
You can show your related valid certificates such as health certificate when necessary. :-)
