The best way from Hangzhou airport to Ningbo city

From Xiaoshan International Airport to Ningbo city Nottingham university,Please suggest the easiest way to go to Ningbo

Upon arrival, take the shuttle bus to the East Railway Station, where you can catch a bullet train to Ningbo directly.
Upon arrival at the Ningbo train station, you can take a taxi to the university, the fare is about CNY25 – 30.
