About:China Visa on Arrival

Hi Im an Indonesian citizen planning to travel to shenzen from Hongkong on August 1.

I am just wondering if the VOA service is available on that day since its the celebration of the Army's Day (I heard that most of offices will be opened only halfday). Please advise.

The VOA service is available because that day is not a public holiday and the port office is still open.
