Then, prepare your passport, a copy of the passport's photo page, a fully completed application form attached with your half-length photo taken with six months, and the invitation letter from the center. Then go to the embassy and apply for an F type by submitting all documents.

The consular officer is open from 8:30 to 11:30 am. and 2:30 to 5:00 pm. on working days. Generally speaking, you can only submit the application in the morning.
