There are three buses available at 05:55, 13:45 and 15:55 from Hutai Road Long-distance Bus Station. The bus fare is CNY145, and the bus ride is about 5-6 hours.

You'd better to book the tickets in advance, you can ask your hotel staff help you with the booking.
