Well, you can take West Rail Line, get off at Nam Cheong Station first. Then transfer to Tung Chung Line to Tung Chung Station, Exit A. The ticket fare is 16.5 HKD per person.
Then walk to Cable Car Terminal and take it to arrive at the destination. The fare of Standard Cabin is 165 HKD per adult for the round-trip.
There is no entrance fee for you to visit the Big Buddha.
