Quinoa

Is it OK for a Chinese citizen, returning to China after visiting the USA, to retun home with 3 pounds of quinoa in their possession for personal use? Thank you in advance for your reply.

George, I read that some Chinese people brought quinoa back successfully. So I think yo can take it. 3 pounds isn't too much.
