I would like to know the general security in Bohai during my study,how safe is it?

Now, I would like to tell you that you will be safe in that place, the security condition is nice there. People there seems to be indifferent, but they will not do any harm to the society or strangers. Just be nice and kind, you will feel comfortable there.
