Best city and time/ month to visit for fashion shopping

Hi!

I have intrest in visiting China to look for potential business leads in whole sale fashion. Which city and which time of the year to get the best deals? Accommodation, flight and variety is the main

Guangzhou is highly recommended. There are lots of wholesale markets. And most products have low price and high quality whole year around. The accommodation fee do not differ much except when the Canton Fair (in April and November) is held. For flight ticket, it usually rises up during holidays like summer holiday, National Day holiday and Spring Festival...

Or you can go to Hong Kong. As I know, there are two discount seasons in that area. You can find cheaper and high-quality famous brands' products. All fashionable bags, clothes, shoes and cosmetics can be found there. One season is at July and August. Th other seaseon is from the end of November to Christmas Day.
