At Hung Hom Station, you can take the West Rail line to Nam Cheong Station, where you can transfer to Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station. Then transfer to Disney line to the resort directly.

By the way, the fare is HKD23.1 and the duration is about 40 mins.
