Transportation between Lanzhou Railway Station and West Railway Station (fast trains are)?

I will be arriving from Xian and will have about 1 hour to transfer before my next train to Zhangye. Could you please tell me the time and cost of whatever bus, minivan, or taxi service there is? Thank you!
