hi i was born jan 8 1992. I want to know if i amlucky to apply abroad this year.

And when is the good time to apply. I really have difficult to find a job.

Vien, I am afraid that you may not make such an important decision this year. You are Sheep. Sheep people are unlucky this year. You need to go through this year safely. Next year, you might consider finding a job abroad.
