About:Hong Kong Trains - High Speed Rail

Hellow i know there is a train from Guangzhou to hong kong.

But can i buy it on travelchinaguide without problem because i leave china and the border. Im not chinese , i m from belguim.. or must i buy it on a special site or only at a station?
