i want to apply for a chinese student visa.

Question

DearsIf I got my x1 for 1 year. And then applied for residence permit. What will happen if I could not attend the classes? Should I pay the course fee first? Or I'll pay when I start the course? In case if I changed my mind and not study. Can I still have my x typeand stay in china legally?Appreciate your kind and quick reply

Dan, if you don't study, then you should change your X1 into another type according to your situation. It's illegal if you hold X1 but do something else. As for the course fee, you'd better negotiate with your university or college.
