In Yantai Long-distance bus station, there are buses to Penglai, you can take that. The bus duration is about 80 mins, and the bus schedule is dense, you can catch one easily. There are many spots in the island, and the two of the most famous are Penglai Pavilion (CNY70) and Ocean World (CNY120).
