Hi Justin! You need to apply for a China travel document for your child at the embassy. With this document, the baby can stay in China for at least two years. To apply for this, you need to submit:
1. A truthfully filled-out application form;
2. Four full-face passport style photo of the kid against white background;
3. The original and photocopy of the kid's birth certificate;
4. The original and photocopy of both parents' passports;
5. The original and photocopy of your marriage book;
6. The original and photocopu of the mom' F-1 student type.
