I am desperately in need of your help and very thankful for any help.The company is currently encountering many limitations for applying the working permit for the foreigners, because the Chinese government want to hire the local people as first priority. Shine, if you are just attending the training, you don't need to get the work permit. You can apply for an M type by providing an invitation letter from this company. However, with the M type, you can't work long in China.
